No AI races work

    Any AI race gets stuck on the loading screen. When it's done loading I can press escape to see the scenario pause menu, and the scenario doesn't ever start and im spawned in the wrong spot, and no AI spawn. Singleplayer scenarios work just fine. Ive tried:

    Disabling, and uninstalling all mods
    Clearing cache
    Completely clean re install without mods
    Switching renderers
    Creating my own AI race using the built in tools

    In freeroam and career, ai will spawn and function as normal. this issue seems to be specific to scenarios with AI racers
