i cant change time of day or change fog on east coast usa

How do you reinstall the game?

This way:
-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
-Reinstall BeamNG.

But that wouldn't help.
At least, on my side ECA has the same issue too. I already informed who's due.
