No exe and no update

Hi all,

I installed the game using the serial but near the end of the installation it just says "updating..." like forever. There is also no exe file to run the game.

Anyone else had this problem?

Ok I have managed to fix it. Here is what I did.

The installer stops at "Updating..." and there is no exe game launcher file created. It seems to stay like this forever.

But there is a BeamNG.update.exe file in the BeamNG.Drive folder. Without closing the installer just run the BeamNG.update.exe file manually and it completes the update. I guess for some reason the installer fails to start the update process and stops but the game works when you update like this manually.

After the update process has been complete, the installer still stays the same like a zombie. You have to close it forcefully from the task manager and the game runs fine.
