No green mod button

When I click "how to install mods" it tells me there will be a green install button, but when I go to look, there is none. Please help.

 

Did you actually buy the game? Because AFAIK, it only shows up if you own the game.

If you do own the game, try linking your steam account to the forums.

 

It sometimes doesnt work anyway, just use the download button and put the zip in MyDocuments/BeamNG/Mods, the install button just does the same but automatically.

Have you linked your steam account to the forums? If not, try that, then it might work.

I'm not entirely sure myself. I'm pretty sure you have to sign in with steam on the website, and then you can link your accounts. Also, just out of curiosity, what is your name on steam?

 

For me it only works if I'm in the overview tab. Never have an issue unless I forget and try to install when I'm in the version history tab or reviews tab.

 

For the last couple of months all it does is open my game and do nothing, it used to work so I have no idea. Not a big deal really though.

 

The same happens to me, though for me it works sometimes, other times it doesn't.

 

Strange, never have a problem when in the overview tab, but that is what happens when I try do it in the others.

Oh, mine just has the orange install button

 

I've signed in through steam. Accounts are 100% linked.
I've checked to ensure I'm on the Overview page and also checked a lot of different mod pages, in case it's just random.

No matter what I do, and no matter how many times I follow the exact steps in the guide, as well as above, I cannot get this to work
