No Material bug with new cars and parts

So recently since 0.4.0.2 ive been having problems with the new cars and parts just like with the new pessima
the mirrors all have no material. Or the big block V8 4.5 l wont work for me or even the new ETK
BMW look alike and i cant even load the barstrow.

ive reinstalled the game so many times and i getting tired off it i love this game and i joined the community a long time ago at the begining of ROR so if anybody can help me thank you.

Have you tried clearing the cache?

Delete the 'BeamNG.Drive' folder in 'Documents' (backup your mods if you want).

Just delete the BeamNG.drive folder in documents. Backup your "mods" or "settings" folder if you want to.
