No material grass + missing buildings on Small Island (remake)

    As the title says. Note: My update size was 1.4GB while a couple of people I know had a 3GB update size. Could be related.

    Troubleshooting things I tried:

    Reboot
    Verify Game files (Through launcher and Steam too)
    Clear cache
    Moving documents folder
    (^All these with mods uninstalled)

    Help would be appreciated
