No missions showing up

I got no missions showing up anymore. No races, no chases, whatever. Nothing there. On all maps. No mods activated... what could be the problem? Never had this before...

Yes, there are no missions there. Timetrials are still available by the main menu but not on the map. and not on all maps either
Interesting thing: when I start a timetrial over the main menu, it starts but when I press escape I cannot restart or abandone it. So it is acting as if I am not doing a timetrial although I am currently in one.
Looks like I messed up big this time lol

 

I do believe there is a setting to disable them in maps, search through your settings
