   I wanted to put other parts on a car but nothing was showing up, ive tried uninstalling mods, did not work.
   ive tried to turn on and off "custom .PC configs" any ideas what could cause this issue

   Does the issue persist in Safe Mode? (Launcher -> Support tools)
   
   Also please try to verify game files via Steam
