No sound?

Hey guys, ever since the new update i havent had any sound. Ive tried everything i can think of, safe mode, cleared cache, deactivated all mods, uninstallled and reinstalled game, checked audio drivers everything seems fine. also deleted a heap of old mods. Game comes up in my windows audio mixer its set at full volume. Tried other headphones and also doesnt come out my monitor. Theres no choice for audio output on the game itself either only lets me adjust levels.
Any help would be great cheers
