No texture on my licenseplate mod

Hello,
I was making a licenseplate mod and finished but its now saying No texture when i spawn it in. Can you help me? I will leave the file here because i cant find out the problem. (I used GIMP)
Its in the attachments

 

In the Dutch_License_Plate.json file "backgroundImg" should be changed from

"vehicles\common\licenseplates\user_license_plate\user_license_plate_background_d.png"

to

"vehicles\common\licenseplates\Dutch_License_Plate\Dutch_License_Plate.png"
