No textures Lights

I am having problems with the van. No textures lights

 

If it's the same problem as this guy then the solution is this.

 

I'm having the same problem, but I don't have the mad mod installed.
I've cleared my cache several times, and turned off several other mods to no effect.

Did you run it in safe mode?

 

Yeah, I should have been more clear.

If I run it in safe mode the textures reappear, meaning that a mod is causing the problem.

I just am trying to figure out what mod is causing it. I've been slowly adding back mods with no problem so far, and if I figure out what mod it is* Ill report back.

*Not the mad mod for me. I didn't have it installed.
