looks like we have the same problem... but it works for me in Safe Mode.

Delete the vehicles folder located in X:/User/BeamNG.drive/. If you're having problems with maps, do the same thing with levels.

 

I've done all of those options and yet, still have missing textures.

 

delete Documents\BeamNG.drive\cache.0.21.0.0

Go to Documents, locate your BeamNG.Drive folder, and then delete the folder "vehicles" (right click - delete, or select and press "delete" key on your keyboard).

Btw I'm talking about OP's issue, since I had it and I fixed it that way. For your issue, check all your mods first.

I got the same issue, performed a clean install. Between de- and reinstall I even cleared the Registry and manually deleted all game-leftovers. If I run the game in safe-mode, I got no texture issues as well.
Deactivated all config and parts mods. I can´t solve what the problem should be..

Unfortunately I have a problem that I only can spawn new cars, if I want to spawn a car over the existing one, no vehicle will load and I´ll have to select a brand new one.

 

remove the cache.0.21.2.0 files and it should work fine

 

i deactivated all of my mods and that did not work but i know if you remove your mods directly from the mods folder it should work
