No tire tracks?

    I had a laptop that displayed tire tracks just fine, with integrated hd 520, and both my old pc (dual GTX 1070's, R7-2700X) and this new junkyard thing i built (needed money and sold old one, but this has an amd fx-8320 and a gtx 750 ti) dont display them. I deactivated all my mods, and clearedthe cache, even reinstalled, and still nothing. any help?
