He probably uses mods that aren't released to the public.

As I said, the mods are probably made by himself, or a modder made them for him ONLY. There is no way for you to download them, as he would've needed to leak them himself then.

All of the mods the OP listed were or are publicly available.

The JetCovet and Rocket Bolide appear to no longer be downloadable*. The links to BeamNG through DrowsySam's old videos lead to missing pages on the forums.

*On the BeamNG forums. There appear to be copies left over on the Russian sites, though seeing as the mods are likely no longer functional, there's not much reward to be had for the malware risk. Also, the links may be dead because DrowsySam could have specifically requested his mods be taken down. So just for the chance that he did, I'd advise respecting his wishes and not download them from a different source.
