Last time I saw posts about the NBeditor, people were complaining it's buggy & shouldn't be really used for anything else than moving nodes around
If no jbeam appears in the editor. that means something cannot be read. either new jbeam feature that nodebeam editor doesnt recognize, or simply just a syntax error. I use this software all the time. its a bit buggy but i got used to it and found workarounds when i used it a lot. Now id have to get used to it again. but as @Sithhy™ said, Even deleting nodes is a gamble sometimes. it will delete other nodes you never even selected and you would have to reload and just hope that the editor only deleted the ones you wanted. Its pretty much good only to give you an idea of the jbeam, and adjusting them, but not even with precision. Sensitive stuff like suspension tuning will still require manual node adjustments in notepad.
Yeah but you kinda need a bit of knowledge about what could potentially break it or not. Modding is not an easy task.. If you use notepad++, (notepad also works but ++ better) You can go look into it. theres always a wiki too.
