Not-so-recent Orbit camera changes

    Ever since the Orbit camera started following the pitch of the car (which can be mildly convenient when climbing a hill), looking at certain cases of highly damaged cars has been an absolute pain.
    Example:

    I'm using the NUM pad to look around the pickup, to smoothly rotate around it, I have to use '2' and '8' to constantly correct the angle. I'm on either NUM4 or 6 the whole time, the slowness is a result of the resistance, not messing about with inputs. It gets very stuck around the rear of the pickup, until lowered using '2'.
    This is fixed by 'reloading' the camera, either by Alt-Tabbing (which takes the game out of full screen) or by adjusting the Orbit camera settings.

    Another quick issue that can do without it's own thread - Using NUM1 to look behind (used at the end of the first video) used to be much faster, now it's so slow, it's absolutely dangerous and unusable at higher speeds.
