Not textured tires on Garvil Barstow

I got this problem after updating the game to version 0.23.1. All configurations of Garvil Barstow what use 14x7 Alder Rallye Steel Wheels with E70-14 Bias Ply Redline Tires lost thier texture. I already сhecked the integrity of the game files via Steam and clear my catche, I have no mods installed and in safe mode this problem works too.​

It might be the new PBR Materials.

Yeah, I have that problem too. For some reason it only happens with the tires that are on the Barstow, cause almost every other tire has a texture, even on the same rim.

I have the same problem too after clearing out mods, clearing cache, and reinstalling the game
