Depending on the model of Pentium D. Your processor is actually two Pentium 4 cores bonded onto one piece of substrate. Because of this they actually share one bus and interconnect. So they're seen as 1 physical processor. With two logical addresses for threading.

Looks to be accurate, and that it's just going by core ID instead of intel's branding of the processor. The important thing is that it recognized both cores, and the feature sets. Such as the SSE2.
