Nothing Spawns

So my game has decided to not spawn anything when loading the game. I can't see my default vehicle and can't get any new vehicles to spawn through the vehicle selector. Running the game in safe mode didn't fix this issue. When I moved my .drive folder from my documents (forcing the game to create a new folder) it seemed to fix this issue...

Ok, so I ran it in safe mode after deleting everything except my default.pc config and my apps layout/ config. This appeared to fix the game as I could see mt car and make changes...

Found the problem... the D-45 mod seems to be causing conflict with something. Once I removed it, the game is back in working order...
