SOLVED Noticable stutter in Beamng drive 0.33 version, on Zorin OS 17.2 Core with stable frame rate (SOLVED

I have went over from windows 10 to 11, then to Zorin OS, and I am now getting a stutter I get this here and there, I don't know if this is a Driver issue, far as I know Zorin OS comes prepacked with AMD GPU drivers, and they are open source ones. I made a small video clip of it happening, there's no game sound, it was recording my mic, but there's just a slight fan noise, and me breathing. No talking in it.

 

i cant see any stutter in the video cus of the bitrate, i only can suggest you test in vulkan or update the drivers or something idk, or clear the games cache.

Thanks, I did install another linux I went back to ubuntu 24.04.1, and it works a little better, still in vulkan it does it, but lower, maybe its my eyes playing tricks for all I know.

 

Sometimes when i load up the game or spawn a new car i get very bad performance like 20-30 fps where i should have atleast 70, last time i had stutter yesterday. fps where fine i was getting 71 fps locked but i noticed weird small stutter but also very constant once like every half a second. idk how that happens tbh, the low performance can be a problem to something that is getting cashed in the RAM thats just what i think, possibly Smart accses memory could be a problem here (i should test it with a new install maybe). my specs are ryzen 5 3600 with an rx 6600 and 16gb. 24.7.1 drivers.

also did you play with 24.9.1?
