well, that's just started happening to me, and it is literally, quite literally, literally me, nothing could more literally describe me, my least favorite web design element of all time
I found a setting for it. If you hover over your profile and go to preferences, there are options at the bottom of the page about 'sticky navigation' and that. Turning those off seems to fix it
amazing given I've never touched that setting before it really doesn't make any sense that it just suddenly started doing that
