Objects stutter in Replay, can't fix it

    Can anyone help me, I have this problem where objects stutter in replay mode. It hapens with rocks and other objects too. I have pretty decent PC : Ryzen 3600, 16GB 3600mhz ram, GTX 1070 8GB, 500GB SSD.

    I tried slowmo recording, same thing. This is really annoying :S

    What do you mean overheating? Temps are fine, I don't think its the problem...

    Oh my bad I misread the question. It just stutters because it records only a certain amount a second even if you are in slo mo.

    But is it possible to fix this? I saw people's vids on YT doing similar stuff with this thing and it looks absolutely fine and smooth. If it was for only this thing.. but it happens with almost everything even with car parts flying in crash - it just stutters. Its so annoying :S
