Can it go up the water becase i saw that lets say a car was driving on the water at high speeds whit um those wierd tires for offroading.
There are already these types of vehicles as mods, but there aint such a thing as too many mods, so go ahead. PS: This isn't an offroad formula 1. It would be an open wheel offroad vehicle or an buggy.
