Off-Road Roamer/D15 Steering Pull?

Hello all!

Recently I have been having a rather nagging issue with some of my favorite vehicles in the game. As said in the title above, all offroad configurations of the D15 and Roamer have significant steering pulls to either direction, based on the last direction the wheels were turned. In other words, if I tap the steering of the offroad roamer ever so slightly to the right direction, the car will continue turning to the right with no input whatsoever. If, conversely, the steering is moved at all to the left, the same thing will happen but in that direction.

I never noticed this issue before 5.6.1, and it seems to occur even in safe mode. I have tried clearing the cache and removing all configuration mods I have installed that may affect the steering or suspension of these vehicles, but the issue still persists. I wish I could upload a video describing the effect but alas I do not have software installed at the moment.
