i really would like to see a official open wheel car like this: Or Dynamic Blinkers would fit to the "ETK-K Series"!
I don't think the devs have experimented with Open-Wheel. Either way, it's not really a normal vehicle, so there isn't much you could do with it. the FR16/17 are good enough, then we're getting an accurate Open-Wheel vehicle by @Dummiesman. I honestly don't see much point in the devs researching and developing an open-wheeler.
There isn’t really any extra research to do for an open wheeler. As for street legal options, there’s a few track toys, the Plymouth Prowler, and old hot rods.
