Old engines?

I understand that your update changes how drivetrain, transmission, and the engine work but is there any chance in the next update our old engines can work just without the new features. Just wondering because i had some really cool stuff and most of it is unusable now. Thanks

Of course it is bit of work to make conversion, but with new stuff, old stuff gets even better

 

Thanks for the response Very helpful, but i am not one for code... I usually end up breaking something XD, i'll just wait for the mod to update.
