Old Pessima's front wheels snap at full lock while mid-air

For this, I took a perfectly fresh Pessima and hanged it's front with the node grabber, no harsh forces were ever applied to the wheels, never bounced, nothing:

Then I steered fully to the left and the wheel turned way further than it should (it doesn't do this when grounded):

Upon releasing the steering, the wheel axle broke:

The same applies to the one on the right:

They're stronger on the Hill Climb and Rally variants, but will still snap if you steer back and forth quickly enough.

EDIT: It seems to only happen when the FPS is at 20 or below, see the posts below for more details!

Probably doesn't make a difference, but if your using a controller (since it turns a bit quicker) that may be why, but I don't think it should be doing that :/

It DOES actually! Just tried it with a keyboard with the filter set to Grip (instead of Drift) and it no longer broke reliably, only about 1/4 of the time!

Thought so! (turns instantly with a controller on ROR, and it happens here too, so most likely.)

Just saying, the reason why it happens only when held up is probably because there is friction when on the ground, so it cant turn as quick.

This is odd, it only seems to happen when the framerate is in the low 20s or below...
I tried doing it with the Direct filter and it refused to snap, turns out it was because I had gone to Gridmap this time.
Then I went to Cliff (where the FPS was about 20) and it snapped on the 2nd try.
Then I lowered lighting to Lowest (putting the FPS at around 30) and it refused to snap once again!

IDK why it does that, but possibly because of the game running slower, the code or something runs slower? Not a computer wiz, but May want to try it on other vehicles just incase, but hopefully @Nadeox1 can explain this.

Yup, suspecting something along the same lines too!
I'll test a few more cars tonight and report back if I find anything interesting, would test all of them, but it's 4AM and I should really get some sleep :p

    More weirdness!
Having it on Direct doesn't actually make it easier to break at all, it seems to only happen on the Drift and Grip filters.

On the Pigeon, you can get it to snap (in the form of getting stuck sideways) if you steer all the way right, then quickly tap left and steer right again.
Also tested the Moonhawk, T-Series, LeGran, 200BX, Covet and the SBR4, all of these seem to be fine...
Tested them all at around 11-17 FPS.

Gonna do more testing tomorrow, good night for now! :D

Let us know if you can replicate it! :)

The Bolide is affected by this too, but it doesn't always happen on first try and nothing actually snaps, so you can wiggle the wheel back straight.

Just like the Pessima, it only happens on low FPS...
    Every other car seems fine!

Seems like something with the Code running slow than... Lets hope the devs could fix this. (probably causes other problems too)
