Hi everyone, TheDVR here. I'm new here, so please be kind to me. I have a some small suggestions regarding older game content. I'd like to see older engines (for example the 4.1 I6 and 5.5 V8) become updated with more customization options and the availability for said engines in more vehicles (engine swap). Or even completely "new" engines for older vehicles, for example more variations of V6, V10, V12, I3 and I6 engines (both gasoline and diesel), making the range more complete. Furthermore it would be nice to see older cars have a bit more customization overall, as some vehicles can be a bit... limited. The option to convert to disc brakes all round on very old vehicles, or the option for carbon ceramic brakes on more vehicles to name a couple. If you'd like to hear more ideas from me, don't hesitate to shoot me a message or email me. Kind regards, TheDVR
I definitely agree with you on this (I wanted them to add an IDI I6 diesel and a V10 for the D-series platform), unfortunately, the vehicle artists have already gone through a lot of the vehicles and added some new engine variants, (like the 6.9l V8), but haven't added those more niche engine options, and I suspect that was a deliberate choice to limit config bloat. some cars, like the burnside, barstow and moonhawk are yet to have had a major remaster, so it's possible they might add more to them in the future. most notably, even the drag config of the Burnside has the stock leaf sprung rear axle, significantly limiting how hard you can launch.
maybe 4.1L I6 engine [or 232 CUI I6 engine] can also have a supercharger, or some "unbelievable" thing, such as an indestructible [engine blocks, brake, radiator]... or some old vehicles can be remake, such as Burnside special [I think special needs roll cage and other racing parts and configurations, Moonhawk same things]
