this is more a question about whether there’s a mod that does this but the idea is, is there a mod that allows you to control things like turbo pressure and tire pressure on the go? So you can fire up the boost mid-way down a straight. or lower the pressure on the tires and go off-road.

the only thing close to this right now is the TTsport/Arsenic ESC modes, that give the turbo an OVERBOOST mode, basically a few psi more boost, but other than that, im not so sure

You can't control the tuning sliders themselves on the go, but you can write some LUA to change the values they affect. The Brutus mod will have dynamically changable tire pressure for example (as far as I remember).

okay, how on earth would you do that for all cars and then assign it to a pair of buttons?

The only thing that comes to my mind is doing it the same way the bulglar alarm mod is made. A common controller with LUA code, controlled by custom common key bindings. Not sure about the details of it.

TrackpadUser's Brawler has that feature as well. It's been made for the B1 originally but has been ported to the Brawler because it seemed fitting :)
