onboardOffset Camera bug/glitch

Hi all,

I've recently decided to test each camera setting in the game and most of them were quite good. However, I found an issue with the onboardOffset mode, where after turning the camera by using my Dpad, the steering wheel and camera angle messes up after returning back to centre.

I personally believe that fixing this asap is important because the in-game camera truly dictates the immersive experience of playing a simulation game.
