I used OneDrive to back up my files and what not because i don't think i could've skipped it, and i open up BeamNG after it was done syncing, and none of my mods are in my installed tab. For example, I have the Face Lifted Bolide pack and it shows that i have it installed in the featured list or something and its still in my repo folder, but it does not show up in my installed mods. Any tips?

As far as I know that's a common issue and OneDrive just breaks stuff like this, better not use it at all.

Please try choosing a different location for your Userfolder.
To do so, use the Launcher > Manage Userfolder > Change Location, and then selecting a different folder that does not require special permissions (for example C:\BeamNG.drive)
