Opaque Windows in Utah

I only recently noticed, but I have found that all windows in the utah map seem to be opaque, similarly to how automation cars have their windows blacked out, however the texture remains even in safe mode. I have not noticed it on any other maps however I struggle to remember if any other maps use the same texture anywhere. As is shown in the attached images, in the tourist centre, the windows appear to just be one-sided instead of fully opaque.

 

same issue here, dunno what causes it I verified game files, cleared cache and ran safe mode just like you, yet still no results...

 

i think that's just how the game is

 

I saw that it is like that to everyone, but I remember the glass was transparent on both sides

 

guess an update broke it or something

 

Both of the most obvious locations are included, the tourist centre and the auto workshop.
