In that model, comparing the dash, and what you can see of the seats, it seems very similar, maybe even suspiciously similar. It does look like he has added some things, but he still needs to credit the author of the original model here.
not to be rude but why post it without much progress and having an almost unedited free model, which makes the progress like a single brick in blender being called an opel. you should start when you actually start things that are important, and when you end polishing the model.
As long as you polish it well, and make everything else yourself, you shouldn't have any issues with it getting deleted for copyright violations or so, since you are using a freely availiable model, though I am not sure on the rules around this, so take anything I say with a similar amount of salt to the amount that was used to salt carthage.
