It's not officiall but MrX13415 and his 1960's beetle mod has been able to get the windows and wipers working on his vehicle. So it's possible to achive it, it's just a matter of doing it and perfecting it. He's then used the same method to make it so you can slide open the material sun roof cover as desired. It's purely incredible. His beetle also allows you to take off the fuel cap from the tank should one day we can interact with the fuel pump hose.
