Other apps on Google play or Apple app store using beaming for marketing

Lately I've been seeing an ad for a game with the name "Coin Car Games: Simulator using beamng clips of car crashes for their ads and sometimes the car in the ad says beamng on the license plate of the car in the ad, I know it's not legal to use another copyrighted or licensed material without the said owners or creators permission first, and at the same time I truly don't know of beamng has given the app permission to use its clips in their ads or not but I just figured I'd bring it up just in case.

 

I'd assume its a 0 effort money pit game and I highly doubt Beam.NG would support them.

 

So many apps like this I've seen it before when I was looking for mobile driving games Beamng could proably copyright strike a ton of games if they wanted it just may not be top priority for them.

Yeah well this comes with the territory when you make a popular game. Did you forget the flappy birds, angry birds, or among us ripoffs too? the devs are probably aware, just ignoring.
