Oversteer Reduction Assistant Ignores End Speed Value

When changing oversteer reduction assistant "Strength Reached At" to anything under 30mph, It does not respect this change as of the 0.38 update.

This setting can be found under settings.json as "steeringStabilizationEndSpeed": , and changing it separately there does not solve the issue.

This worked fine prior to the update, and is very noticeable when drifting and oversteer reduction assistant is turned on.

This is happening to multiple people in my group, and it would be greatly appreciated if it was fixed.

I really hope this gets fixed soon, drifting is like 95% of what i do in beam and it makes me not want to play at all till it's fixed. It's so frustrating.
