PC boots after shutting down? Restarting?

    Hey guys, I bought a Red 6TB WD HDD as an addition to my PC. I already had windows on a 500GB SSD + another 2 TB HDD. I installed this new 6TB HDD, and now when I shut down my PC, it automatically reboots. I tried changing the boot option, so it is my 500 SSD, didn't do anything. I have no idea on what to do, please help
