PC build for BeamNG and other games

Hello everyone,

the summer hollidays in Germany began and just in time my parents said that I could have a go and get myself my own PC (currently we have only one for the entire family and it gets the job done, but not to well anymore. I`ve been looking around for some parts and I got to this setup:

CPU: Intel i5 4440k 4x 3.1 GHz
Mainboard: MSI B85-G41 PC Mate
GPU: MSI N770 TF 2GD5/OC Twin Frozr Gaming
RAM: 16GB-Kit Corsair Vengeance Low Profile black
Power Supply: Xilence Power 800 Watt
Hard Drives: 128 GB SSD (forgot the name, sry ^^) for the System (Win7) and 1 or 2 games, 1 TB Toshiba DT01ACA for everything else
Case: Aerocool V3X Evil Green Edition

All together it sums up to ~730€ if i buy everything for the cheapest price and do the mounting on my own. Now to my questions:

1. How will it run games like BeamNG, Battlefield, Crysis or Skyrim (heavily modded)? I`m not expecting to get everything on "Ultra" and I`m kinda used to "shitty" graphics and low FPS count (been gaming on potatoes as long as I can remember )
2. Could I get any better parts for the same money? I thought about getting an AMD CPU for the same price, but I keep hearing things like "AMD: much heat, few power" or "Intel beats AMD all the way" and I`m running a 6 core AMD right now and I`m not to happy with it, I had to mount a new better cooling unit to be able to run Battlefield 3 without the a system shutdown due to CPU overheating.
