    Hello

When i bought my rx460 2gb back at the around june 2017. it would run this game on mid setting on east cost usa at around 60 fps. now when i load in, i struggles to get to 40 fps. i do not know if there is a bottleneck in my system causing lower frame rates or it is the game becoming more intense. my full specs are in my signature.

    thanks

Can’t figure out your performance loss.

If it's having thermal throttling issues, then it would in a very visible way.

Try a graphics card driver update.

Periodically causing your PC to crawl like a snail, especially when gaming or any tasks that would make your CPU work.
You can check that from Windows Task Manager > Performance tab, and keeping an eye on the CPU speed (when thermal throttling, it could fall under 1Ghz, or in any case some very low speed)

Sorry to say this but I've been having the same slowdowns. I have the same card (RX 460 2Gb) and when I used to get 60FPS medium settings I struggle to get the same even with dynamics reflections now turned off. It may have something to do with a driver update because I'm always on the bleeding-edge of updates, but reporting it anyways.

There was an user having problems with the Wattman feature of the AMD cards (which is supposed to throttle down the card when not in use), causing crashes for no reason for him.
You may want to check your card clocks and if that is causing those issues for you.

You can find his thread and his solution here:

Or maybe revert to some older drivers.

Ah you know what, every time there's a driver update (every freaking month) my overclock resets, so I pushed it back up +80Mhz and FPS is back to normal.
    Thanks anyways :)
Update - Damn in WCA some spots I'd get 15FPS, now I get at least 30 bare minimum everywhere! Probably has to do with the insane memory OC of +150Mhz.

i think it might be trees that are causing problems. gridmap and cliff do not lag at all also jri and dri do not lag too much either at around 40fps
