It’s a fully interactive experience, built on the latest updated version of Italy with full PBR materials for stunning visuals and realism. Yeah you see a bit of a performance dip especialy with traffic spawned. I am playing on a 3070 and settings on high (1440p) and without cars I still get 60+ fps. So even if you turn down your settings a notch it's still playable. This version is better optimized than the WCUSA version.
