performance issue

hello
I have some performance issues after the resent upadates. my problems is the following: the speedo and the rev thing is really behind when in 3rd person view. I get really low fps in most maps like 23 ish fps and before I got 60.

another problem I have thats not performance related is the body of the etk800 is bugged, light bumpers etc is pushed into the body and no its not mods making that problem.

so I wonder how do I fix these issues? I have not tried reinstalling but I have tried verifying the game. aswell as lowering my grapics settings

I really wanna solve this cuz this makes me dont wanna play the game and I really enjoy it when it runs good and looks good

How have you verified that etk800 issue is not caused by mods?

Does turning shadows completely off restore performance to level that you have had before?

How game runs if you launch it in safe mode?

Have you ever had reshade installed? If so, then I recommended that you do clean reinstall, https://wiki.beamng.com/BeamNG_FAQ#How_do_I_perform_a_clean_reinstall.3F and yes you need to do everything mentioned in there and then test game without installing any mods.

Also it might be useful to list exact CPU and GPU as well as GPU driver versions.
