    I have 40-60 FPS on ultra with 16gb ram, rtx 4060 and ryzen 5 3600. But videocard and processor load is 40-50%. What's wrong?

    Maybe one CPU core maxed out. Ingame press ctrl shift F, to get to the advanced performance analysis. The limiting component will flash white
