Permamuted for a month on Beamcord

    I've been muted for a month on Beamcord. Reason? I was chatting around and after some chatting about the "thank" command I ended up proving a point that you cannot ping @everyone. This would be the last thing I did. The message got deleted by automod and I was slapped with a permanent mute. The email support has left me hanging since the 23rd of August. I do understand that email support has been painfully slow, but I do ask one thing:

    Is this right?

    I've been a perfectly normal user on Beamcord, I do one thing wrong and BOOM!! I'm muted forever. I don't quite remember if I had been muted once before, but still.
