Permanent Parking Brake, And Why It Needs To Go...

Ok, this is ridiculous I spawn in a vehicle as usual, but my permanent parking brake is on, usually its just the temporary one, so I checked controls, and turned it off. However the vehicle did not react to me putting in throttle, reverse or forward, as well as steering, but I could do everything just fine. Ever since then I have not been able to drive ANY vehicles, modded or Beamng made. Essentially making the game useless, as every vehicle does not register me putting in throttle and turning. Please help. (I use keyboard and mouse)

(FIXED) I found out how to fix it, for some reason the permanent parking brake when applied resets my controls, I have no idea why.
