In the editor, click on create object then sfx emitter place it where you want, resize it to the size you want (it can only be squared for some reason) select it from the scene tree filename is the song you want to play, it needs to be in beamng data folder (in the mod folder for exemple) if you want the sound to be evenly loud in the whole area, referenceDistance needs to be equal to maxDistance or the song will fade out as you get further away from the sfx emitter (unless that's what you want) Hope this helps
