Please fix License Plates

License Plates DO WORK, but they are just very very annoying.
Change the plate name? Sometimes it works taking 10 seconds, sometimes it doesn't.
The "Steam Username" plate works most of the time.
And most annoying thing, if a car has a custom name (for example: Supr-Pig), it remains like that for all the cars you spawn, if you don't change it. It's just a minor thing that probably got overlooked and I hope it gets patched a bit in 0.25
