Please fix traffic

Dear developers, please fix the following traffic issues:
Bots randomly rearrange themselves, sometimes crashing into other bots
Bots appear in traffic at zero speed, which creates a traffic jam on the road
Bots brake abruptly or change lanes and drive in the middle of the road when you pass quickly or brake sharply behind them
