You have or had that mod installed or a car that bundled it. That file must be somewhere under \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\lua\ or \AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.35\mods\. Can you find the ExtraUtils.lua file with Windows search?

I had this problem too but now i fixed ; check this folder cars mod > M3_G20 and ACURA MDX by Dark0ster
looking for (scripts folder and lua folder , If You See (driver_assistance_angelo234) just delete those folders)
also check this mod folder too (bmw x3m)

I hope your problem will fixed.

 

I found a broken mod, it was a BMW m3 e60
