Please Help Me...

So first of all, this thread is in the general discusion thread so that as many people as possible can see it.
Second, thanks in advance for tips.

So i have played BeamNG.Drive on my parents PC for a year now (no i dont have my own ) and it all worked out fine.

I just wanted to start up the PC and play a bit...but something was wrong.

It seemed like the PC would have been reseted to its brand new status (which is over 9000 years ago)...

We checked everthing and it seemed like all the data, and some programs have benn completley deletes from the hard drive...

We have made backups but the latest is 3 weeks ago so all our Holiday pictures, my moms work, the mods i had installed and my awesome configs for BeamNG are gone.

Its a HP PC btw.

Does anyone know what the problem could be or how we could back all the data ?

You can recover deleted data from a hard drive easy with some recover programs.
Most probably you've restored an old system backup
