    If it's their model and resources, they can most definitely request for it to be taken down. See gianpiero's mods for a wonderful example of how well that works out.

    Has Nintendo stopped taking down fan games? I would love to see this mod come trough but seen as it was abandond last year because of the risk of legal actions some comfirmation would be appreciated.
